Packages and prices
aideago has four packages: setup costs between €1,499 and €3,499, and the monthly fee is between €129 and €269. You pay for the setup once, then a fixed monthly fee; each package adds new work on top of the one below it.

Be Found
When someone asks Google or an AI assistant for a business like yours, they should find you.

- A fast website that opens perfectly on a phone. It is built from scratch, or your current site is moved to the new system.
- Weekly Google and AI visibility work (SEO, GEO, AEO). The data is reviewed, explained to you in a plain report and added to your site with your approval.
- You update your site by writing on Telegram: a new product, a new menu, a new branch, a new service, a new section.
- Every request that comes from your site lands in your Telegram right away.
- Your Google Business Profile (Google Maps) is managed: reply drafts are prepared for your reviews and posted with your approval; opening hours, holidays, phone number, products and services are kept up to date; news and offer posts are published.
- Your site is checked every 5 minutes. If a problem comes up, we step in immediately.
- An admin panel you can use from your phone.

Door to Door
Do not wait for customers to come to you. Every week the system finds businesses that suit you and writes a personal offer for each one.

- Everything in Be Found.
- Every week, at least 30 and up to 50 businesses that suit you are found. They are researched in public sources (the web, Google Maps, business profiles), and the details are cross-checked to confirm them.
- A personal offer email is written for each business and placed in the Drafts folder of your own email account. You approve it or ask for changes.
- Emails are sent one by one, with gaps between them. There is no bulk sending, which lowers the risk of your emails landing in spam.
- Reply drafts are prepared for the answers you receive. With your approval, a short reminder goes to anyone who has not replied after 15 days.
- Customer tracking panel (CRM): who was written to, who replied and who you are talking with, all on one screen.
- The search starts in the area closest to you. When that area is finished, it moves on to the next one.

Front of Mind
Reach people who are not searching for you but could become your customers. Show up on Instagram, regularly, every week.

- Everything in Door to Door.
- Every Monday, an Instagram analysis and the week's content plan arrive in your email. Your account data and the latest Instagram trends are reviewed.
- 5 to 7 posts a week: Reels videos and swipeable carousel posts. Each one comes ready, with its text, hashtags and music.
- Every post comes to you for approval in the admin panel. You approve it, fix the text or ask for changes.
- An approved post is published automatically at the best day and time, then shared in your Story too.
- Comments and messages (DMs) are reported to you on Telegram and a reply draft is prepared. It is sent once you approve it.
The number of posts is kept limited on purpose. Instagram does not reward over-posting. It rewards regular posting.

- A WhatsApp Business assistant: it answers questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using the information on your site.
- It gives product and price information, takes booking or order requests and guides people to an offer.
- It passes conversations that need your decision on to you.
About prices
- The setup fee is paid once. The monthly fee is the same every month. It covers all the work the system does that month and the AI it uses.
- Prices are in euros. VAT is added to the price for businesses in Montenegro and other countries.
- Businesses in Türkiye are invoiced from Montenegro without VAT. The Turkish version of this page shows the price in Turkish lira, at the day's European Central Bank rate.
- Ad budgets, domain name renewal fees and paid services opened at your request are not included in the package.
- You can move up to a higher package at any time. You pay only the difference between the two setup fees.

Questions about pricing
Why is the setup fee one-time, and what does it cover?
Setup is the most labour-intensive part of the work. Your site is built or moved, your accounts are connected, and your brand's voice, products and rules are taught to the system. This is done once. After that, the system works for you every month.
Why is there a monthly fee?
Every week the system runs an analysis, creates content and updates your site. This work is done with AI, and every task has a processing cost. The monthly fee covers that cost and the upkeep of the system. With normal use, it is the same every month.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Euro prices do not include VAT. VAT is added for businesses in Montenegro and other countries. Businesses in Türkiye are invoiced from Montenegro without VAT. The Turkish version of this page shows the price in Turkish lira, at the day's European Central Bank rate, and without VAT.
Will I pay in euros or in lira?
Our invoice is in euros. The lira amount on the Turkish version of this page is only a guide and is calculated at the day's rate. The payment method and the currency are stated in the order form we send you.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is monthly. To end it, give us 30 days' notice; it ends at the close of the month in which that notice period runs out. The setup fee is not refunded.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. When you move up to a higher package, you pay only the difference between the two setup fees. Your monthly fee then continues at the new package's rate.
Do you guarantee results?
No one can guarantee a Google ranking, a number of followers or a number of sales. These also depend on your competitors and on platform rules. We do the work by measuring every week and adjusting based on what we measure. Every Monday we show you in a report what we did and what changed.
What happens if I leave?
Your domain name, your accounts and your content belong to you. When you leave, provided all payments are settled, the files and content of your site are given to you as a ZIP file.
Which package should I choose?
If you want to be found first, choose Be Found. If you want to reach new businesses, choose Door to Door. If you want a regular presence on Instagram, choose Front of Mind.
