We explain in plain words which of your details we process and why, where we keep them, and what your rights are.
In short
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Statistics cookies only run if you give permission.
- We do not give your information to anyone to train AI models.
- You can write to [email protected] at any time to see your information, correct it or ask for it to be deleted.
1. Data controller
Blyne Data Technologies DOO (Tivat, Montenegro), which provides services under the AideaGo brand. Contact: [email protected].
2. What information do we process, and why?
Enquiry form. Your business name, your contact detail (email address or phone number), what you need, and any extra note you choose to add. When you send the form, we also record: the language of the page, the page you sent the form from, the address you came from if your browser shares it, the country worked out from your connection, and the time of sending. Your IP address is not recorded. We use this information to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer for you.
Correspondence. Your message and contact detail, when you write to us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram. We use them to reply to you and to run the service.
Our customers. The name, address, tax details, authorised people and contact channels of the businesses that use our service. We use them to run the contract, issue invoices and meet our legal record-keeping duties.
If we have sent you a business offer. AideaGo sends personal emails to businesses to introduce its service. For this, we use the business information that businesses publish in public sources (website, Google Maps, business profiles): the business name, sector, city, web address and business email address. At the very bottom of every email there is a link to stop receiving emails. If you use this link, we will not write to you again. To remember your request, we keep only your address on a "do not write" list.
Site visits. The site is published on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes connection details to deliver the site to you and to protect it from attacks. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies. Detailed visit statistics (Google Analytics) only run if you give permission in the cookie box. See the Cookie Policy for details.
3. Artificial intelligence
We run our work with AI assistants. Your enquiry and your correspondence may be read by these assistants to prepare a reply draft. Replies that reach you are sent after approval. We do not give your information to anyone to train AI models.
4. Who do we share it with?
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run our work, and only as far as needed:
- Cloudflare: publishing and securing the site, counting visits and storing files.
- GitHub: keeping enquiry and customer records in a private (closed to the public) repository.
- Anthropic: the AI assistant (Claude).
- Google: email, visit statistics (if you give permission), maps and AI services.
- Meta: Instagram and WhatsApp conversations.
- Telegram: instant notifications to our team.
- Resend: email notifications.
Beyond these, we share your information only with the authorities when the law requires it, or, if the AideaGo business is transferred, with the person who takes it over. We do not sell your information.
5. Processing abroad
The servers of these service providers may be outside Montenegro and Türkiye. Your information is processed on these servers with the providers' security measures.
6. How long do we keep it?
- Enquiries and correspondence that do not become a customer: at most 2 years from the last message.
- Customer records, contracts and invoices: for the term of the contract and, after it, for the legal retention periods.
- Records of businesses we sent a business offer to: at most 2 years from the last contact.
- "Do not write" list: with no end date, so that we never write to you again.
- Visit statistics: at most 14 months in Google Analytics.
7. Your rights
You have the right to find out what information we hold about you and to get a copy of it. You can ask us to correct it if it is wrong and to delete it if it is no longer needed. You can object to its processing (especially promotional emails), ask us to restrict its processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. To do any of this, write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days at the latest. You also keep the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
How to delete your data
To have your data deleted, including any data we received through our Facebook or Instagram connection, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" and the email address, phone number or Instagram username you used.
We delete the records we hold about you and confirm it to you by email.
8. Security
We limit access to your information to authorised people, we encrypt connections, and we keep access keys separate and secret.
9. Children
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Information we process on behalf of our customers
For information processed on the sites, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts or emails of the businesses we serve, the data controller is that business, and that business's own privacy notice applies. AideaGo processes this information only on that business's instructions.
