No. Euro prices do not include VAT. VAT is added for businesses in Montenegro and other countries. Businesses in Türkiye are invoiced from Montenegro without VAT. The Turkish version of this page shows the price in Turkish lira, at the day's European Central Bank rate, and without VAT.

No. The subscription is monthly. To end it, give us 30 days' notice; it ends at the close of the month in which that notice period runs out. The setup fee is not refunded.

Yes. When you move up to a higher package, you pay only the difference between the two setup fees. Your monthly fee then continues at the new package's rate.

No one can guarantee a Google ranking, a number of followers or a number of sales. These also depend on your competitors and on platform rules. We do the work by measuring every week and adjusting based on what we measure. Every Monday we show you in a report what we did and what changed.

Your domain name, your accounts and your content belong to you. When you leave, provided all payments are settled, the files and content of your site are given to you as a ZIP file.
